Trahern Pollard
CEO & Founder | Change Makers LLC

Trahern Pollard is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and community strategist who has redefined how businesses
engage with the communities they serve. As the CEO and Founder of Change Makers LLC, Trahern has built a
nationally recognized organization that operates at the intersection of retail, public safety, and community
empowerment.

With a leadership style grounded in accountability, presence, and purpose, Trahern has pioneered a community
liaison model that transforms traditional security approaches into relationship-driven engagement. His work
focuses on de-escalation, conflict resolution, and proactive support—creating safer, more welcoming retail
environments while simultaneously opening doors for individuals seeking meaningful employment opportunities.

Trahern’s vision is rooted in lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing both businesses
and underserved communities. Through Change Makers, he has created pathways for individuals to gain workforce
experience, develop professional skills, and become agents of change within their own neighborhoods. His teams
are known not only for maintaining safety

In parallel with his corporate leadership, Trahern is also a driving force behind We Push For Peace, a nonprofit
organization committed to violence prevention, community outreach, and direct support initiatives. From
organizing large-scale giveback events—such as food distributions, backpack drives, and holiday programs—to
responding to real-time community needs, his work reflects a hands-on commitment to service and impact.

Trahern Pollard’s work stands as a testament to what is possible when purpose leads strategy—demonstrating that
strong communities and successful businesses are built together, not separately.
